1. No Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy
We do not encourage returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. We request our customers to place orders mindfully.
2. Product Details & Pre-Order Assistance
As color, size, and finish may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings, we strongly recommend connecting with our team before placing an order.
For clarity on color, quality, size, or detailing, you may request real-time images or videos (in case of ready-made products) through our support channels. We’re happy to assist you before your purchase.
3. Reporting Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, kindly notify us immediately on WhatsApp with:
- Order details
- Clear unboxing video (see below for unboxing requirements)
Note: Without a proper unboxing video, no damage claims will be entertained under any circumstances.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any damage claim, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video without any cuts or edits, starting from the moment the courier packaging is opened.
- The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the opening of the parcel and the condition of the product.
- Claims without this proof will be strictly rejected.
5. Return Procedure for Approved Claims
Once your damage claim is approved:
- The product must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must share the return tracking number with our team on WhatsApp.
Upon receiving the product, we will examine it thoroughly and notify you of the next steps within a reasonable time frame via WhatsApp.
