How much are the delivery charges?
Zevar Story provides free delivery on all order above Rs 999 (In India). For International orders standard shipping charges will be applied. No additional charges for Cash On Delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The order will be delivered in 5-7 business days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 7-10 days.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, First Flight, etc.
Are there any additional charges like VAT/CST/Octroi ?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable GST.
How do I track my shipment?
Zevar Story uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
What Pin codes do you ship to?
Zevar Story ships to more than 18,700 pin codes in India. However, Cash on Delivery option might not be available for all pin codes. Feel free to contact us in any confusion.
Does Zevar Story deliver internationally?
Yes, we are happy to inform you that we accept international orders.
